At Forma, product prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs. We offer pre-calculated shipping rates for a selection of countries, which are displayed at checkout.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a bespoke shipping solution. Our team will provide a shipping quote tailored to your location before finalising your order.
We are based in Portugal and ship both domestically and internationally. Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
All our products are made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL (COM)
We offer the option to produce any fabric-based design using Customer’s Own Material (COM) or Customer’s Own Leather (COL). Standard pricing applies for these options; however, the customer is responsible for purchasing and shipping their chosen material to an address specified by Forma.
